The worst nail experience I've ever had. I showed the picture of what I wanted and this is what I received. Not only that he cut me with the file and kept going.. would never recommend.
Got a Dip with a French tip on Friday, 10/20. The French tip came off the same evening. I went in on Saturday, 10/21 to touch up and the pictures are from 10/22, the day after touch up. Spent $144 to include 20% tip. I won't be back.
the lady who did my nails argued with me the whole time. when i tried to talk to my mom about what we were getting the lady rudely interrupted several times. she cut me multiple times and never apologized or really even acknowledged what she was doing. when her nail drill got too hot i would pull away and she never acknowledged what i was doing or even acknowledged me when i said something to her multiple times. after she put the oil on my nails she took the pillow that was sitting in my lap and tossed to another chair and said "wash your hands now" very stern. the guy that did my moms toes were very rough to her feet to the point she was in discomfort. he basically criticized my mom about the way her toenails looked and how she "doesn't take good care of your feet". yes he said that to my mom who is a paying costumer. needless to say i NEVER leave reviews. this places has terrible bed side manner and i mean TERRIBLE. overall my nails and my moms toes turned out how we wanted them. it was just the way we were treated.
Absolutely love this place, I'm new to Texas and they were very welcoming and don't fail to please as I asked for a ombré and Christine even practiced twice in fake nails to make sure she could do the ombré for me and kept asking to make sure I was pleased and I will definitely be going back to them
