This place is ridiculous. Came here under the premise that it had nearly all 5-star reviews only to be completely thwarted on quality and customer care. First off, the place was dark and messy, no music, and only one person working, so my mom and I had to take separate turns to get manicures. Next, we both got BASIC SHELLAC manicures. And when I say basic, I mean, he barely clipped all my cuticles, and gave me about an 8 second arm massage. Then, he painted our nails with shellac polish. Which truthfully, I probably could've done a better job myself with 10 broken fingers. After he a finished, I was UVing my hands in a machine that was intermittently shorting out during each :60 interval and will probably lead to a structure fire at some point. So now that the polish is dry, you can see all the imperfections, such as having more polish on my skin than I did on my actual nail. And THEN, ON TOP OF THAT, he charged us $25.00 each. When we walked into the place initially There's a sign on the door advertising a FULL SET of acrylic or solar nails with polish for $20.00. So, you're telling me that a basic manicure that a 6 year old could've have executed is more expensive than a full set of fake nails. Give me a break dude.
Sam does a great job! There's almost never a wait when you go in, which is great. The office is private and calming.
Our first visit here. My husband and I got pedicures. First of all, small but clean place. Nice smells, nice music. The people were very friendly and talkative. My husband being a diabetic was questioned a few times about his comfort level. Sam gave me my pedicure. He was professional and courteous. Not a lot was done for my calluses but it could be because we got the basic pedicures for our first visit. They seemed to know every person by name whether in person or on the phone. We will definitely give them a go again next time we are in Granbury. The only reason I gave them four stars is I try and save the fifth for consistency. We will be back !!
Great place to get your nails done. Julie and Sam are so nice and do a great job. Got the luxury pedicure today and it's well worth it. Very relaxing and my feet are so soft. I will be back this week to get my finger nails done.
