Ulta Beauty in Westport, CT

The reason this store has so much theft is because the front staff who don't actually have a makeup station , don't pay attention. They text while they're supposed to be stocking shelves. All the products are not in the right place ; especially concealers or foundations. You have to spend 20-30 minutes looking for something because the row the product is supposed to be in is PROBABLY most likely in a different one. They never ask you if you'd like to use your points at the front cashier ; I feel bad for the mac counter and chanel counter ; their coworkers are extremely unprofessional and lazy.

The staff, store and products are Great!  The problem and major concern is the number of times that there is organized theft in the Westport CT store!!!!. This is unacceptable and scary to the staff and customers!!!  I witnessed this two times while shopping and know that the store was hit up 6 times just over the past month!!!!  There needs to be security guard at all times.  These criminals walk in to Ulta, grab large quantities of product filling up baskets and run. What are you going to do about this Ulta????!!!!  Thank fully no one has been hurt yet. Fix this problem before its too late!!!!  Shame on you! A company of your size and with your profits should be able to get security full time- police presence! Protect your staff and customers!!!!!!!

Purchased four Sebastian shaper plus hairsprays One of the containers did not work. Manager refused to exchange for one that works.  I have been a loyal customer for years.  Shocked at the poor customer service.

I had an appointment today in the beauty salon with Berna. I am extremely upset with how unprofessional she was. I came in for my appointment and I am waiting at the desk to be checked in. She sees me and ignores me waiting there. I had to walk up to the front cashiers of Ulta and ask to be helped for my appointment. Only to find out that Berna was running 20 minutes behind schedule and couldn't even give me the decency to be professional and call and let me know this. If I would have known I wouldn't have wasted my time going out there considering I had a VERY important event to be at and a certain time to be there. So upset with the customer service i received there today and I will NOT book with this location again.

Associates in here are extremely rude. Barely ever anyone in there and they can't be bothered to ask if you need help. It took me having my masked pulled down to try a color for someone to come over and even then she didn't ask if I needed help. Finally someone else came over and he was very helpful. Staff needs some customer service work.
