I did not know a lot about makeup...but when I tell you the gorgeous Kendal got me and my friends right!!! We were struggling to color match but she took the time to do more that she needed to. I loved my experience and I cannot wait to come back. But shout out to the other amazing employees, they were so helpful and sweet.
I was actually shopping at a nearby store when this Ulta location caught my eye. I knew I had Ultamate Rewards points, so I stopped in for a few make-up items and saved $12.00. Amanda was my cashier, and she was very professional and enthusiastic on a busy Sunday afternoon. Lots of products from skin/hair care to make-up and accessories. Great customer service today!
Way less packed than other Ulta locations although the checkout line was long. It moved fast though. My only gripe was they did not carry a product that the online store said was in stock here. So I had to go for a different product. Sales associates were helpful throughout.
I had a wonderful brow waxing experience with Adriana here at Ulta in Towson! My eyebrows had come to a point where they needed professional help and I'm so happy I booked an appointment here with Adriana. She was very professional, sweet, and personable. She sanitized the station and all of the tools and got to work. My eyebrows look amazing! I've gotten so many compliments on them. Adriana is very skilled at what she does; not only do they look fantastic, I was very comfortable during the wax and touch-up tweezing. My eyebrows finally look twins instead of distant cousins lol. Thank you!
