I took my daughter for a makeover for her 13th birthday. I was told they would make it special for her and give her application lessons. This was a 45 minute appointment, it took 12. That includes the time it took to match her skin tone. My daughter had to ask her to blend in the foundation because there were lines around her eyes. I was very disappointed for her.
First time going to this Ulta Beauty store & Victoria was very inviting. She answered all of my curious questions about beauty & her makeup looked amazing! She was very knowledgeable of the different products/ brands & how they worked on different skin types. 10/10 would visit again :)
Went here with my daughter, teenager and actually liked the place. They have a lot of products. And the store was very neat. She gives them a thumbs up. The customer service was excellent. Two employees asked us if we needed help and both times, we did. They showed us exactly what we were looking for. We'll go back as needed for sure.

Every time I go to good Ulta, I always get great service here. I'm not sure why it's so lowly rated. This is my go to store in the area for beauty supplies/shampoo conditioner. I feel safe going in the store, there is sanitizer everywhere, and there's never really anyone in there when I go. There's an option to pick up there curbside if you prefer or obviously shipping.
