I was long overdue for some eyebrow love and Rachel took care of me. She mapped out my brows, waxed, and tinted them. I loved my shape and the color she chose for tint was perfect.. not too light, not too dark. I went somewhere else and looked like a muppets bc they did them so dark. Yikes! Rachel did a great job and she's also nice to talk to.

I went to this location twice for my eyebrows. After my first service, the area around my eyebrows and forehead were red. I thought I was just sensitive to the products being used. The second (and last!) service again my skin hot and red. I wore makeup later that evening to an event. When I removed my makeup, turns out, a layer of skin was gone! She burned my skin in several places. Thank God for Aloe Vera plaints, which helped heal my skin several days later.
I've always gone to the Benefit Brow Bar at Macy's but unfortunately they're closed now. I decided to try Ultas brow bar on Thursday afternoon and I was pretty disappointed. Macy's always mapped your brows before waxing and they didn't do that here. Everything felt rushed and too much was taken off the left eyebrow. They look very uneven. I won't be returning.
Ian did my brows a few weeks ago here and they still look great! He also worked some magic filling in my brows. I will absolutely be going back he was fast, professional, and my wax was painless. Highly recommend!
First time at a Ulta Brow Bar, and I was so happy with the results! Gina gave me a total brow makeover with a tint and wax, and it turned out exactly as I wanted. I have very light blonde eyebrows and have had some bad experiences at other salons in the past with dark tints, but she really listened to what I wanted and gave me the exact shade I was hoping for. Go see her!
