I hate going into this store. The customer service is non existent. I asked a question about one if the products because I have roscea. It was a tea tree product. I asked if it had a strong fragrance. The girl told me well that's the point of the product. And rather rudely, I might add. No one asked me if I needed help. The girls all stood around and looked at me. One of the girls was walking around the salesf floor eating! I have been to this store numerous times because it's convenient. I won't be going back. I'll spend my money elsewhere. There are lots of other places to choose from.
The store itself is great! Just don't get your hair colored, cut, or cut. Tomorrow is my birthday and I just wanted to get my hair done to cover my grays. Well she didn't cover my grays, put a temporary color in( never asked for that, wanted it permanent) couldn't cut my hair right, kept slipping from her fingers , didn't cut my dead ends, still have dry ends, and never used a brush when she blow dried my hair, so I walked out 150 dollars and still need to get my hair done!!!!!! Should of never went. Oh and she couldn't make a straight part in middle. Just go to professionals.
I love Ulta, but this location is not recommended. I was told one thing by an employee, then was basically called a liar by the manager. She is incredibly unprofessional and should not be working customer service. Choose a different location or order online.
Terrible customer service. I bought $125 worth of items, 2 of them had "free gifts" to be included in the purchase. At check out, the woman says neither actually have free items available. No apology, no offer of another option. I still bought the items, but I won't be back. How hard is it to remove the signs that says the items have free gifts when they really don't??
Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago for 2:00 pm and when I arrived the stylist was working on another customer. She did not come over to me until 2:09 to say I need about 15 mins. No greeting or Hello, she did not finish with this customer until 1 hour later.. I will never use this company again... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL..
