I went here after an eyebrow job gone completely wrong at a salon. This was my first time ever getting an eyebrow wax so I was a little nervous, but the girl who took care of me was extremely nice and walked me through all of it. She took her time and made sure that I walked out of Ulta with a brand new pair of sharp and arched eyebrows. The price was reasonable and I am loving how they look. This would be so much better than going to a nail salon to get them done. It may be a few extra bucks but most definitely worth it!
I've had my eyebrows waxed at Ulta several times now. On one occasion, I was shy and didn't express my preferences, and ended up less than happy about the results. I realized it was my fault for not telling the technician what I wanted. Since I started specifying where I want the brow to end and how far in between to wax, I've been getting great results!
Been going to the brow bar for years, the girls they have now are the best I have seen! Shea has been doing my brows (sometimes lip) since she started. I wouldn't want to go to another wax place after seeing her.
