I've had Love and Callie. Love was great for a simple cut, I think she owns the shop. Great with color. Callie changed my life with a shaggy long cut. Both stylists are amazing!

Frustrating and disappointing experience. My first appointment was cancelled the day of the appointment. Callie was sick, and I get that happens. Stylist are people too plus COVID, better safe than sorry. She encouraged me to reschedule, offered a 20% discount, and told me I could message her directly. I did but received no response. I rescheduled online, and received a confirmation message. Since I was driving in from so far away I even called 45 minutes out when I thought I may be a minute or two late. Respecting people's time is a basic courtesy and being a minute or two late isn't something I think is polite without notification. I ended up arriving 5 minutes before my appointment. I sat down and waited and waited and waited. 20 minutes later I flagged down another stylist who couldn't find her because she wasn't even in the building. She finally followed up with the stylist and apparently had misremembered the time of our appointment. If I hadn't driven 45 minutes I would have walked out. Finally, 30 minutes late Callie arrived. Even if she had misremembered the time, arriving at 2:30 for a 2:30 appointment doesn't give a client much confidence that someone is ready and in the headspace to do their job. She felt scattered and unorganized for the whole appointment. I requested very minor layers and walked out with layers 4" shorter than the bottom. In the end I was so disappointed with the cut and the low lights literally washed out in four washes. After everything she gave me a $10 discount, which was significantly less than the 20% promised. Places like this always say "let us know and we will make it right", but driving out for someone to be late or once again not color my hair correctly didn't feel like a good use of time. As my cut has grown out it has looked worse and worse with the layers making my hair look like a mullet from the front. I would have been better served giving $125 to a person in need and getting a $25 cut from greatclips

Got my hair cut today - love Love! Comfortable, great cut, she listened to my requests and made suggestions. I will definitely be back - next time for a color. I like my colors bright and was grateful for a hair stylist who was comfortable and confident with edgier colors. Sooo much better than the more traditional salons in town.

I was looking for a place to get a haircut since I haven't had a haircut in over a year due to the pandemic.  I've seen this place on Instagram so I decided to make an appointment.  It's pretty easy to make an appointment on line.  You pick your service and the person you want to schedule it with.  Since I've never been to this place before and don't know anyone I just picked the first available appointment that worked for me.  My appointment was with Love Forero.  She did a great job with my haircut.  My hair felt light and refreshed after she styled it.  

The staff were very friendly and seemed very laid back.  The salon itself is very clean and has a vintage Americana vibe.  They are located in a small  shopping strip mall on N. Pleasanburg Drive.  There's enough parking spaces in front of their building.  

Overall great experience and I think I found my new  go to salon.

I came in to fix up my choppy fade from great clips . The stylist Callie cleaned me up and gave me the sharpest bald fade since I came back from LA ! Thank you for making me feel confident
