I have been coming here for YEARS!! (Since I was 5 & I'm now 19) I love all the staff here and I am never disappointed whether that be a mani and pedi or getting my hair colored!!! I started with dying my brown hair blonde and I just recently dyed my hair red. I seriously could not recommend this salon enough. I love it and the salon is always super clean and gives the best vibes.

I got a brazilian wax and the paper that covers the bed she had me lay down on was wrinkled as if someone had already been lying on it, I asked if it was new and she said yes, I should have gotten up and left at this point.
She dipped the stick back into the wax the whole time she waxed me, never used a clean stick, either she was lazy or to cheap to buy new sticks , this is not sanitary, this is how people get diseases! the room that they wax you in is not clean or even neat, I think the health dept. needs to look into this place.
Even the dirty floor bucket is on the outside of the entrance to the door discusting! They speak in vietnamese to each other and it feels unsettling.
Always feels like they are trying to upcharge you at this place as well .
Prices always different each time I get my hair colored or cut, and it is the same color and cut each time.
The gel manicure was so sloppy, she painted the cuticle so the gel polish lifted within a week!
I will not be going back
So over the moon excited I found UC MAILS oh my gosh! Their service is excellent they use good quality products and pay attention to detail they are very friendly and the shop is always clean. I went in today with a picture of what I wanted and the nail tech nailed it matched it perfectly to the picture highly recommend best nails I have ever had and they last so long too
I was in Las Vegas for my sister's birthday. I usually get my nails done on Sunday, but I would've been lucky to get home in time for my regular nail technician to after my plane landed...So I went to this place, because it's within walking distance from from her house.
THIS WAS FRIDAY!! And I have 2 broken nails doing regular everyday things. I should've just waited for my usual nail guy...who's the owner, and had them done on Wednesday...his salon is closed Monday and Tuesday. The technician didn't use the white powder to strengthen my nails, even AFTER I mentioned it to him. My nails ALWAYS last at least a month.
Now I have to get them fixed and pay for them to be fixed!! I have no recourse. I won't be to Vegas again til June!!
I'm very disgusted!
