No frills salon that does a fantastic cat eye! Cat eye gel is my absolute favorite and they took the time to make it beautiful. Note, if you want sanitized tools, bring your own. I'm used to salons that separate clean and used nail brushes and provides single-use nail files. This isn't that kind of salon.
10/10 recommend. We love this place! They had a ton of colors and designs to select from. We did the cat eye gel which is really stunning! Prices weren't bad compared to the mani/pedi cost in Cincy. I would recommend making an appointment by phone since a lot of people tried for walkins while I was there.
Very disappointed! Got my nails done on Thursday and paid $45. They looked great. Three nails broke over the weekend. I went in to get them fixed and he charged me another $45!! Terrible customer! I told him I just came in and he said "this was a lot of work, I have to charge again"
They lost a customer. I will never go again. $90 in 4 days for nails. What a joke! he could have at least told me before he started that he was charging me again. I would have walked out then
I booked a 1:00 pedi appt.w/ Tammy at same time my friend had their appt. so we would be done at same time. Girl filled up both of our tubs with super scalding hot water which I burnt my foot and screamed out loud about it but girl never apologized. All she said was "you ok? " and she started on my friends pedi but Tammy didnt come out at 1:00 to start mine until I spoke up and said something. Guess she was hungry and over booked!. She did do a pretty good job though. Wish they had more of a secluded area away from the break room door because it's hard to relax when employees keep walking past you and slamming the break room door. It's a small place. Nice relaxing music though. Think I will take my business elsewhere though.
I never go anywhere else except to Mike. He's the owner and does a fabulous job with keeping my nails thin and short and does French manicures to perfection. Tries very hard to please his clients!
