The quality of haircut they provide is absolutely terrible. I even had a picture to reference what I want my hair but they didn't even get close to that. All I asked for was for my hair to be trimmed and for me to have curtain bangs that blended into my hair. I guess that takes to much of their time to put in the quality for that style of haircut I wanted. I wanted to include that my hair was down to the lower part of my back but now it is up to my collarbone. That is not a trim nor is cutting my bags at my eye level bluntly to the point where it is noticeable of where they don't blend. I understand if they are overwhelmed with customers but I have already waited over an hour patiently in wet hair. I rather for them to just take their time rather than rush and give me an awful haircut.

Went here per recommendation of a family member. The salon's hygiene is nonexistent, floor is not swept, counters are filthy, tools are not properly sanitized, combs have clumps of hair and products buildup. Asked for a cut/highlights touch up. Cut is mediocre at best. Completely ruined my hair color, botchy, uneven tones, and fried. Left this place in tears because of how horrendous my hair looked. Please save your money or find elsewhere to go. It is that bad.

They made fun of my family when we went in there to get my sister's hair done, they pointed at her and said something to each other and started leaving and on top of it right in front of us pulled their kids pants down to change the diaper and had no respect for the customers there.

It took me years to grow my hair long and healthy, in over one hour, she permed my hair and made it burnt. Now my entire hair so dry, frizzy and I have to cut it all short. Plus my bangs is now burnt and uneven which cannot be cured. Please stop consulting, suggesting and doing people's hair without sufficient knowledge. Standing in my bathroom and have been crying for an hour lol.

This is the only place my family and I go to get our haircuts. I do not know the name of the young man with glasses (he speaks Hoisan-wa), but he cuts so QUICK and precise! I always walk away satisfied when he cuts my hair. I always get the same cut - few inches off, layers with a face frame, and thinned out and he does just that. Exactly what you ask for. I went to him recently after a botched haircut (they were closed so I went somewhere else - big mistake) and he fixed it up beautifully. 4/5 stars only because they do not accept appointments and are walk in only (first come first served) so there can be quite a wait depending on when you go.
