Poor business ethics. they refused to refund a monthly subscription, garnering $80+ without rendering any services. When contacting the store about the charge they continued to brush it under the rug claiming "we have to wait for the owner to agree to the refund". I'm not clear on what needs to be reviewed, they took money for a membership I no longer wanted. Fine, it is what it is. However while sharing my story with others, an employee told me about their poor practices and proceeded to divulge some disturbing details. I'm happy to have cut ties, despite taking a loss. Additionally, if anyone seeing this knows what to do about serious allegations of under age drinking being allowed at this establishment please reach out. It's apparently well known the under age bartender is allowed to stay and drink after hours with management and allegedly the owner. This is obvious a serious allegation that should be investigated.

Well my son made an appointment at 3:30 it is over 30mins waiting now. Still haven't been asked about if we wanted drinks or not? Thought it says free drink. Last time we came here I got one of my two drinks. Not very friendly or welcoming like the First time we came here. Guess if you aren't friends or kin with someone who works here you get treated like you aren't even in the business. This will be the LAST TIME we come here. Waste of an hour and over priced to get treated like you are not even here!!!!
