I got my hair done on a Saturday and waited 5 hours. I paid for $180. By the time I got home my hair began to unravel. I immediately called and sent a picture. I asked for a refund and was denied. I was told that I could come back on Friday because I was leaving for vacation early Sunday morning. When I got to the salon on Friday at 11am Linda told me I had to speak to management which is some man in Atlanta Georgia named Prince George. He told me that because I put a bad review on Google I would have to pay an additional $90 to have them fix it. I usual don't write write reviews but when you spend 5 hours and $180 you expect your hair to last at least a week. Linda lied and told the owner that I picked the hair. She grabbed the hair and started working on my hair. I feel so cheated and will NEVER visit this salon and tell everybody not to go there because they are dishonest. They only take a cash for a reason and would not even fix the problem without asking me for more money. It's poor customer service to charge the customer to pay to fix the mistakes that they made. The owner doesn't care neither does Linda because she did my hair and saw how it was And still didn't try to correct it. While sitting there for five hours I got the assumption that she was a Christian and an honest person but I was wrong. Prince George called me a liar and stated I messed up my own hair. This is not an honest shop, they do not know how to do certain styles and should tell you upfront. You will not get your money back from now on I will read all reviews before scheduling an appointment and make sure the salon is staffed with licensed individuals and is a legitimate business as I cannot find them in the BBB but will be sure to add there name. No one should pay there hard earned money to not receive a quality service. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
