i'm super disappointed, I went in for a fill and asked for white gel. It looks like my child painted my nails. $57 down the drain. And the guy that did my nails also cut me

They deserve no stars. I asked for French nails. The nail polish must've been old bc it bubbled up , when it completely dried. It just looked like he slapped it on. Never filed my nails evenly. You cannot see the flaws in the photos as it is in person. I will not recommend this place. Just stay home & do it yourself.
I decided to get acrylics today, because my birthday is in 4 days. I wanted to treat myself & I'm glad I did. I've gotten my nails done a handful of times at a different salon in Kona. Every time the other salon did my nails, they were so rough. It always felt like my fingers got shut in a door after. They also made my nails burn using the electric drill. However today, Hank did a great job on my nails & he did them in about an hour. He will be my new nail tech
Unfortunately I don't recommend. The guy who did my nails made me pay (tip and all) before he did my service ok fine but then he maybe massaged each hand for 60 seconds. He didn't take the police all the way up to the cuticles and it required multiple layers Bc the nail polish was so thin like it was watered down. All the color options looked old or were separating and there was a wall of nail polishes so old there was dust on every bottle. I was waiting for the other two people in my party when another male said you owe $25 and I'm like I just paid the other guy $35 so what is the real price. He walks outside asks the guy and comes back and hands me $10. No apologies or anything. All while the other technician is bitching about her life and how awful it is. Less than 3 hours old and it looks crappy!
