Jackie and her team are wonderful. Their professionalism shows in every aspect of the business. We started with a consultation for each member of the wedding party which was very thorough. The styling, color, and makeup Jackie and her team provided was fantastic. Everyone looked great on the big day. They are the best in Annapolis and I recommend Jackie's Design to anyone who wants to look their best with outstanding customer service.

I have been a client of Julyea for over 10 years and she is a talented colorist and stylist who knows just what you need or fairly does as you want. Jackie's Design is a beautiful boutique salon that is clean , stylish , friendly , quiet , relaxing , and during Covid they had strict protocols that kept all clients safe and healthy. They also have wonderful make up artists for weddings and special occasions. The best salon for all your beauty !

I have always done my hair myself at home since I was in Highschool. Stylists always happened to take off too much during haircuts and my color never turned out great. My friend happened to come here and her color turned out so beautiful I had to give Jackie's salon a try. I got a full balayage and I had never gotten so much lift on my brown hair. She asked if I want a trim and I said no thank you and she respected my wishes. I had never had my hair one style for so long but I really loved the balayage! I ended up having her dye my hair red a couple months ago too and that also turned out beautiful. I'm super excited to continue going to Jackie in the future! My hair feels healthy and super soft every time I come out.

Used them for my daughters's wedding in St Michael's. Everyone looked good but it was not a good experience. She only sent one hair stylist and one make up artist for 12 ladies and we were very behind schedule. Grandmother of the bride was finished one half hour before the ceremony. Photographers arrived well before we were done...one of the ladies who did a reading on the ceremony was not able to get into some of the pictures bc her makeup wasn't done. Jackie was terrible about returning calls when we had questions, didn't want to book practice runs and was too busy to speak to me when I showed up at the salon with a check. I gave them a three rating because everyone looked good but this is definitely not the experience you want for your wedding day. The stylists were extremely overwhelmed and Jackie could care less. I don't recommend them for a special event they just don't have the manpower to get the job done in time.

Joanna is the best when it comes to eyebrows and lashes. I receive many compliments after I visit for eyebrow waxing, shaping and tinting. I have to get them done frequently and she is the only one that can make them look perfect every time ! I also experienced my first eyelash perm which was amazing! My Eyelashes were curled for a couple months and I will be doing it again!
