I have called on three occasions and left messages for scheduling, no call back! Would like to try their services but you must have to have a direct contact or act of God to get scheduled.

We asked for a refund on my daughter's pedicure bc it was terrible and they said she could just have another. Uhhh, no. Mine was just ok. We have been coming here for facials for years, but they just lost 2 customers, as we will never return.

Had a student fry my hair, was supposed to bleach the roots, did not set a timer after I suggested it. My hair has chemical burns so bad I had to have most of it cut off & I bought a wig!

Took a friend here for birthday facials. The service was AMAZING and so afforable! The staff were all so friendly. They told us what they were doing as they did it. Parking is easy. You'll need to use GPS to find it because it is tucked away a bit. My reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because toward the end of our relaxing service we started to hear people talking loudly and bang things around. As I sit up from my service (only wearing a towel) I see 4 people sitting across the room starring at me. Made me very uncomfortable. They were all students but they weren't there observing. I can only assume they were waiting for the other techs to finish so they could go home. I shared this with the lady that checked us out so hopefully they won't do that to someone else. This will not stop me from going back though.

The business inside looks great and appears professionally managed.  The receptionist is friendly and welcoming.

The organization on the Nail Tech side is atrocious! I scheduled an appointment for 10 o'clock in the morning, I arrived at 10:15 AM, I was told that the nail techs were still in study and they would be with me shortly.  I felt a sense of relief as I realized I was tardy, but since they weren't even ready to take me back at the 10:00 AM scheduled time, it all worked out ,so I thought!

At 10:30 Ms. Ashley came to the lobby and apologized that I was missed.  They took another client back before me. She said they would get me in for services in about 15 minutes.  While I didn't understand how that could happen, me being missed, there were only three people in the lobby waiting, with me; I figured it's karma!  I was late, so I might have to wait a little longer.  Ms. Ashley offered to provide an additional service to compensate me for my extended wait.

Maybe 5 minutes later another instructor came to me and asked questions about how I was missed?  I answered the questions and assured her I had been sitting in the lobby waiting to be taken back for my service.

At 11:05 AM, thirty minutes later, I inquired of the receptionist if they were ready to take me back, she went, asked and returned saying in about 10-16 minutes. I thanked her and I departed the salon, service not done, time wasted, and disappointed!

A month ago, I did a girlfriend outing and received spa esthetician's services. This was my first visit to the school. I was very impressed by the students who serviced us, Liz and Lexi!!  They were great!!
