Tricoci Salon & Spa in Crystal Lake, IL

This place... living across the country and 2 hours north, I purposely travel here to get my hair done. The high level of expertise here is worth every penny. Aria did an incredible job with my color! She matched the picture I showed her perfectly. Followed up by her recommendation I got an impromptu trim by Kyle. He was so delicate and precise with his hair cutting skills. His shears were impressive and perfected a blow out on my naturally curly hair. I am so impressed by the efforts they both put forward today. I cannot sing their praises any higher. Just incredible hair artists, I hope management knows what gems they are!

I was not happy with my cut and color I feel I was rushed through the process My hair looked horrible for the cost. However I called I spoke with Eduardo who was very understanding I was given a full refund for the cut and color. I would recommend only because they understood the problem. First pictures are from Tricoci it looked nothing like what I asked for or expected the second pictures are from another stylist who fixed it. Honestly I think it was just a bad day at Tricoci

Tiffany and Sabrina were so professional! I had a pedicure and white tips done for my birthday for the first time at the spa in Crystal Lake. This was a great experience and my nails have never looked so good. I highly recommend these women for your nail needs.

I'm so glad that the only reason I went is because I had gift card to use up. For the amount of money that is asked for these services the quality is absolutely horrendous. I got the Gel X nail service and booked the extra 30 minutes for the nail art design. Firstly, it's been 3 days and already some of the nails are popping off just from me typing at work. The $10 press on nails you get at the store last long than these. Secondly, when I booked extra cost for the nail art, I assumed that meant my nail tech could actually do nail art. I showed Sabrina my design before we even started. She said she needed to check when Sue was coming in and stepped away. When she came back a few minutes later nothing was said. (I should have known this was not a good sign). We get down the the nail art and I'll commend my nail tech for trying, but I would have rather have been told that the design I wanted was out of her skill set. I would have been more than willing to adjust my design so I was actually left with something I liked. But no. Now I'm left with nail art that looks as though it was done by a kindergartner. Absolutely disappointed in this service and will not be returning. Save your money and find a different nail salon.

I had the best hair cut in with David , the worst "balayage " ever done with Nayeli my hair is a disaster "rainbow " Orange , ash , lighter of the ends are dry and split and lighter than the roots and middle , because they certainly didn't need to bleach as long as the roots since they all ready were bleach, the toner of course as ash as I never had before , didn't go there to get a darker base ,why would you darken me all over to cover the poor bleaching process balayage , so frustrating , very poor work , no what you go and paid for I was hoping i will have my hair done as good as possible , terrified I will no go back again , horrible experience with coloring.
