My 1st visit to Tres Chic and saw Luanne. Our conversation started with a phone call and then text messages with pictures explaining what I wanted. I got in within a week as she had a cancelation and I had a wedding to go to this coming weekend and was hoping for her to "fix, Update" my hair. I'm one of those VERY particular blonde chics that have had some very bad experiences so I freak when I get my hair done. Luanne was awesome. Beautiful inside and out. Very patient and did a great job on my hair. When you have very light hair and it doesn't melt, breakoff, or turn out bronzy it's a success! From a picky blonde that wants healthy hair, I totally recommend Luanne. Such a lovely person.
