they rushed and did not take their time at all . I asked for acrylics. The nails look completely crooked and she missed some spots in my nail, with the nail polish . I asked for French tips and the lines are not even. On top of that some nails are crooked. All together looks bad.
I have been getting my nails done every 2 to 3 weeks for the past five years and I can hands-down say this has been the worst manicure I have ever had. Please see pictures to understand my frustration in paying $58 for this (also please note this took over 2 hours). The edges are horrible. The dip is terribly uneven and the nail tech made my cuticles bleed : (

I walked in without an appointment and was immediately greeted. The ladies were all so kind and ready to help me with my simple mani. Cindy was quick, did a great job, and we had great conversation. I'm so happy I found this cute little salon because ill be a new regular!
I was a walk-in customer and happy there was a technician available for my mani/pedi. When I left I was so unhappy and disappointed. Kim was my provider. Every step of the mani/pedi was bare minimal effort with only "cursory" cuticle work. Polish was just as bad with lots of cleaning around the cuticle wiping away excess polish. When I got home and looked closer my cuticles were still dry and ragged.
As a new customer I might have thought they would attempt to make an impression so I would return for next time. Sadly, I won't be back.
