I received the best haircut I've had since moving to Portland two years ago. Dao's experience shows. She is very detail oriented and takes the time to give an exceptional haircut. I've already received several compliments from friends. I'll definitely be back.

I got butched. I came in to get very little off. I told the lady cutting my hair that I wanted very little off, and had shown her photos of myself when my hair was at optimal length (including sides/angles). The lady seemed to not listen to my wants and she cut off all of my hair. While cutting, she kept telling me I had more hair now than I did in the pictures, which was an obvious lie (I had several inches more). It was almost as if she was apologizing.

I came in with a simple need. I wanted very little off to keep my length, had actual photos of the length I liked (photos of myself, actually), but yet I got a very, very, very short cut (several inches off). I'm not pleased with the cut (neither was my GF), and we won't be returning.
