I have had my hair, cut and colored here for years. Alicia is fantastic, I have never been disappointed!
Two stars are generous for this place. I don't usually leave bad reviews I hate to. But the girl who did my hair here was not very nice at all and she charged way too much. She messed up in at least three different ways and even though I didn't tell her she still expected A tip after me paying out I'm pretty sure $80. She literally cut the die she put in my hair completely out and admitted it. I was so surprised and not in the Goodway I've never been so unhappy with a haircut. I've gotten my haircut at the cosmetology school and got way better quality for 60 bucks and they fix any mess ups free of charge. The girl insinuated that I should come back for extra dying on my hair maybe even two times never mentioned once it being free so I didn't offer to come.there was no way in hell I was going to pay her 80 more dollars. She didn't even get my haircut right and I showed her three pictures she didn't even apologize and she rushed me. I didn't really know what to say to her. She really messed up my hair honestly she should've charge me anything for what she did but I've never been the type to complain. I do think though that this needs to be rated.The studios also are very open and I don't like it no privacy at all between you and your petition.
Not as professional as their prices may indicate. Not accustomed to paying for services ala carte as far as arm waxing is concerned. Prices are misleading as I was expecting to pay $20 as quoted for lower arm waxing and when I was billed it was $40. I mean really, who has one arm waxed? I have been in numerous shops around the United States and this is a first as far as pricing like this! I am appalled!
