The ladies at Meena's did an excellent job on our pedicures. They were friendly and got the job done in a decent amount of time. The guy did a set of acrylic nails on my daughter. They were supposed to be almond shaped. Not only did he file the nails too skinny on the sides, but he didn't paint the full nail, they were filed jagged not smoothe, there was nail polish all over the skin, and he tore up her cuticles and made them bleed. This was THE worst nail job I've ever seen by a "professional." Even after we requested he smoothe out the nails, they still looked horrible. We left with her nails looking like a child did them. I could have done a better job. We will go back, but we will steer clear of the guy touching our nails.
Been going to Meena's for a number of years and have had nothing but good experiences. Her girls are well trained and know what they are doing. Everyone is friendly and helpful if you don't quite know what you'd like to have done.
I had made an appointment with my mom at 4pm and we both arrived around 15 minutes before so it would make sense to have to wait a bit for them to finish up on appointments before us because we came in early. We had a man give us bowls to soak in our nails. For about 2 hours we waited soaking our nails until things finally started dying down and suddenly we seemed to be a priority. While both of us got our nails done they were aggressive and gave me sores all around my nail bed. If this place of business had better time management and prioritized appointments over walk-ins this would've been a better experience.
