By far the absolute worst nail experience I have ever had. We were 5 minutes late getting there (we were coming from out of town for a wedding) so they made us wait over an hour past our appointment time. While waiting they took on appointments that were after ours. Also during our time waiting, they told some girls they were busy and to come back at 3. When they came back at 3 they told them they were busy and to come back another day. I saw them do this to multiple people. Honestly don't know how they still have customers. Not to mention I got my nails done at 1:30 PM and 10 hours later the gel polish is already coming off. But my nails weren't even the worst ones out of the group. The bride-to-be got a French manicure and it looked like a child did it... she would have been better off getting the stick on nails-- at least the lines would be symmetrical. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy (ok maybe... but just because it's that bad).
Do not waste your time on this place!!!! Out of town visiting my son at North Ark college & needed a pedicure. Walked in this place & nobody was there, so right off I was leery, sat down for pedicure, the older gentleman started to clip my toenails & I told him not short, just cut a little, he starts to cut them short! Had to stop him! Then he starts to use the purple pumice & is barely scrubbing my feet!! I told him to stop ive had enough & walked out!!! Im gonna call on the place didn't seem sanitary & I wonder if the guy even had a license!!
