I stopped in for a quick cut and found that appointments are recommended, but the staff sprung into action. I realized why an appointment is recommended. These women are serous about their work and I was treated like a long time customer. I would like to recommend Nancy and the staff at Trendsetters. Customer service lives in Poquonock CT, if I spelled it right?

Much nicer on the inside than it may appear from the outside as one is driving by. They did a great job cutting my hair with no picture to go by. She cut some then started to blow it dry. When I told her more needed to be removed, she said she would do it when it was dry. Mistake! She did cut it fine but it practically exploded out into the air with each cut, getting everywhere.
My daughter had a cut and an updo for prom. Very nice people. Her hair looked great! Reasonably priced. The place is very clean and well organized. Other students were there for prom and all of their hair looked beautiful!!
I only have wonderful things to say about Trendsetters Salon. I arrived late in the evening and without an appointment. I asked for a color and a cut and did not expect to be helped since they were busy. But to my pleasant surprise, the fit me in. I never felt rushed.
I had really terrible, grown-out highlights from a different hair salon and wanted to somehow fix them. The owner of Trendsetters (Nancy, I think) worked her magic. I now have a gorgeous dark red which turned out better than I had expected or hoped for. She gave my hair a trim and really gave it a wonderful shape. Everyone in the salon was super cheerful and attentive. I am so happy to have finally found a great salon and will definitely be going back again.
