STAY AWAY! I just had to worst experience of my life here. I left crying. The lady that did my hair made it very clear she was in a rush to get it done and boy does it show! I even asked her to fix it and she laughed at me. Not sure why we even discussed what I wanted before hand because it's not even close to what I asked for. She's lucky I paid and lucky I tipped. Talk about a butchered haircut. Both sides of my hair are so uneven it's beyond repair. I have layers on the left side of my face that literally start at my ears! Nothing matches up! Someone professional would never let their clients leave looking like that. She is clearly there just to make money and doesn't give a flying f*** about people. She was ripping my hair out as she was brushing it as fast as she could. If you are under staffed that is YOUR problem, NOT the customer that is paying YOU! Do yourselves a favor and run away from this place. The people that work there are nasty , rude and extremely unprofessional. It's not worth saving a few dollars. Spend your money where people actually care.
Saw Jenn today. I haven't lived in town for almost 2 years I knew I could go back to her and she would perfect my short tricky haircut!!! I may just have to continue going out of my way to keep going there!!
Jen is excellent. She has cut my hair several times and she recently cut both of my boys hair. She really listens to what you want for your haircut. She got an approval from my teenage son. The store is clean and I love that you can check in before you get there. I usually don't have to wait long at all. I'd highly recommend this shop.
Came here a month ago, had a good experience. My son is less than 2 years old, they understood he would not want to sit alone and cut his hair with him sitting in my lap in the chair. Today, two different (and very rude) women were working and could not accommodate us "because of COVID". Did COVID just happen in the last month?
The woman did not want to do it...the first thing that came out of her mouth was "I don't cut hair with two people in the chair," but then proceeded to try to tell me that this is a salon-wide rule, which it wasn't less than 30 days ago. Big attitude, thanks for your help!
