Elizabeth is a very skilled hair stylist & colorist. I had gone to her a few weeks ago for a cut, after trying a few diff stylists in town & not being quite satisfied with my hair. Elizabeth did a great job cutting & styling me: for the first time since I moved here a few years ago, after washing & styling my hair myself I was happy to see my hair fell perfectly with no little wisps sticking out. My hair is naturally wavy & has a tendency to cowlick, (especially the bangs) if the stylist isn't really paying attention to my particular hair. So...I consulted Elizabeth about highlights to help grown out my gray hair from home coloring efforts without looking like a skunk. I went back yesterday & got the highlights & am so happy with the color now! She did a subtle but brightening color on my hair which removed a lot of the reddish home hair color I'd used last & brought my color much closer to the natural light brown with highlights that I had when I was younger. Now I'm not afraid to let the gray grow out as long as Elizabeth will be adding highlights or lowlights to make it more flattering to my skin tone. (I know lots of women who look beautiful w natural gray hair but my gray just washes me out & makes me look old! Not the look I want! Haha) I'm 68 & will keep going to Elizabeth to get my hair looking its best for my granddaughter's wedding in Oct!
I recommend Elizabeth & Trends Salon highly. The facility itself is very cute & clean & is laid out well with privacy for the clients but still open & airy.
Made a simple appointment to have hair curled. Was told when booking that she could fit us in at 1pm while another client was processing. Arrive 15 minutes early and was told she was out to lunch with her kids. Waited until 1pm with no update and left to go elsewhere. Bad business! Will not return and wouldn't recommend.
I have been going to Diane for about 3 years now!! She does an amazing job with my hair and has fair pricing!! Have never been disappointed!! I have referred 2 other friends to her and they too are very happy with their hair!!
