LOTUS NAIL in Durant, OK

I am unbelievably disappointed in the service I received today. I repeatedly asked for things done to my nails, and the guy doing them blatantly ignored me. He never said "okay" or even responded; he was completely silent. He fixed one thing, which was the length, and they still were shorter than I asked them to be. My fingers are covered in the acrylic and the polish, and he cut me several times with the drill. I also was (in my opinion) extremely overcharged. I have never paid more than $45 for a full set of nails, and I paid $57. I left the place in tears because I was so upset and felt like I was treated so poorly. I have come here before and liked my nails but I am extremely disappointed.

I went here because my normal nail salon was randomly closed. I had been here once before and had a decent experience so upon coming back I asked for a dip manicure. For some reason the nail tech painted the dip powder on with a brush instead of dipping like you are suppose to do. She also only put on one layer and I was charged over $50 for it. 2 weeks later, I went back to my regular nail salon we could not get the dip off. It is stained onto my nail. The second picture is from 6 weeks later, still have black dip on my nails.  No matter what we tried it will not come off!!!

this place is great! They pay attention to detail and the customers needs. Much appreciated for their services.

I went in with a gift card to get my pedicure.
They took that card and said I owed tax. He said it's $8. for tax. I gave him my bank card and I left. Yesterday I noticed I was charged $150. On my card.
I called him yesterday and he said "no. You owed that." We argued and he said he would call the owner and call me right back.
He didn't.
I called several more times and he wouldn't talk to me.
I called my bank and told them. Now they are investigating. The bank said this is not the first time they have done this to people.
I called back today two times asking for the owner. He said "we have no owner."
I said let me talk to the owner.
He hung up.

I'm beyond angry!!!!!!! I wonder how this business would react if we all just called them and demanded refund every time someone posted it.
This is the phone number he sent me. He has been texting me back and forth. He said it's the owners number. Passhhh. Yea right.
He is saying to not turn them in. He will send me $25 to not to!!!  What?? They know they are ripping people off.
I just said I'm taking these texts to the police tomorrow.
