Just visited this salon and it's under new management ~ can't recommend it enough!! Everyone was so nice and my pedicure was amazing. I've lived in different states and even overseas ~ this place is as good as it gets!
I went to nails plus may 2, 2020. It was my first visit ever and I will never return. I got a simple mani pedi ( no acrylic or gel) the lady cut me on almost ever finger trying to cut my cuticles I had to literally tell her to stop cutting after I was already bleeding. I was not satisfied with the shape or polish application but they've been closed so I was just happy they looked better than when I went. Then the next day my legs started to break out and now I have multiple staph infections on my legs that will have to be treated with oral antibiotics. Please DO NOT GO HERE!! Even if you're desperate like I was
So I got my nails today they are crappy job they look like a first grader did it and they look crooked
One of the worst sets my daughter has ever had. She used the powder instead of polish without asking. Didn't let us know it was more $$$$. Then had to take one off and do it again because it was so crooked. Didn't fix the other one we pointed out twice. Guess I'll try to fix it at home. We were told it's because of the shape of the finger. Never had an issue before... They are so uneven from cuticle to tip and her fingers are so dirty looking. It's a shame to let a customer walk out with such a crappy job.
We were asked if everything was okay when we paid & when we replied "no" there was no response.
My husband gave me a gift certificate to this salon. Because of health reasons, I was unable to schedule before the expiration date, Aug. 05. (which is a Sunday and they are not open)I called on Aug.13 and was told the late gift certificate would be honored after I found out a pending surgical date. Today when I called for an appointment, I was told the certificate would not be honored and was deemed expired back on August 12th. (another Sunday when they were closed).They already have our money and now are refusing to work with us in any way.
