Famous Nails in Columbus, OH

Don't waste your time. This place has gone down. They only have three people working and they rush. I'm not sure why they get upset after you tell them there is something wrong and they get an attitude. But they still expect that full price and not say anything. oh yeah it super dirty in there and good luck when getting your eyebrows wax. They never clean the wax pot. Yep, I snapped a picture.

The staff is fine. I question the cleanliness of this salon. I got an infection in three of my fingers after having my balance. Will not go back.

Selected this nail salon based on location & hrs of availability. However, they still haven't improved their customer service nor their workmanship! There's only 3 that work, older man, older woman (who rushes through mani/pedis & does a sloppy non-thorough job, especially with painting nails & toes), and a young female who worked on me once but did a good job! It appears the male just adds nails (& an occasional wax) as well as the young female & the woman (mother/wife) does mani/pedis & polishes nails extensions. She allegedly doesn't understand much English (but the man & young female understands English) & since she's messed up previously, more than once or twice (and I still tipped her each time even though she didn't deserve it) I ask questions. The man had the nerve to get upset that I asked questions. Then they speak in their language about you as if you don't know what the hec they're doing! I'm sick of this type of treatment from this sort of establishment! These services are costly & one should get better service than they provide! Will be spending my hard earned coins elsewhere!

I've stopped going to Famous Nails after going there for many years. The man is too rushed. I'm in and out of there in 20 minutes for a gel balance. They don't use a base coat. My nails are uneven. Some longer than the others. Last time one thumb nail was rounded and the other was square. And I had to go home and reshape. He doesn't clean under my nails. Sometimes the polish bubbles. Additional charge for using a credit card. And I'm a good tipper. I've gone to Glamorous Nails twice now and love them!

Terrible customer service and work I went in for two repairs the nails put on we're larger than my nailbed. When I voiced my concerns the man working on my nails got upset, snapped, and starting drilling away angrily in which he ended up cutting my finger. Don't waste your money here go elsewhere for better quality, customer service, and a better overall experience.
