Tracey is Fantastic!! I will tell you I have a lot of hair and it's Long! I am not a fan of washing it daily.....way too much work and I was tired of maintaining highlights. Solution to my problem was a perm! Sounds crazy to some but we want what we can't have right?! I have stick straight hair and I wanted curls. I've attempted this previously but these new age "perms" don't stand a chance with the weight of my hair. I'm back to stick straight in a couple months I was looking for the 1980s spiral perm! I was looking high and low and then I found Tracey!!! Y'all I can't tell you how awesome my hair is. It took several hours to roll up my straightness and the weight of those rollers while rinsing out that awesome chemical smell (I secretly love that smell) was tough but the Finished product.......I'll admit it....I looked Amazing!!! Tracey is professional, kind and takes the time needed. And she can rock that Spiral Perm for you! Oh and the cost....you will be shocked. Extremely Affordable!

If I could give no stars, I would. The professionalism of the salon is non-existent and I'm shocked that it has survived this long. My hair was completely BUTCHERED by Barb and I was given no attention from Tracey after coming back to show the unevenness and awful cut I received. I called after realizing that my hair was completely uneven, all around. I got several comments from professionals and friends saying how bad this was, and how bad they felt for me. I had thick, long curly hair and went in requesting a trim and stating that I had long layers. After I was done, I received SEVERAL inches cut off and a hair cut that looks like a blind person completed it. After coming back in tears to attempt to allow them to correct the mistake, I was told that she did was she was asked to do and Tracey wouldn't give me the time of day as "Barb rents that chair" and she apparently has nothing to do with her mistakes. I will strongly urge anyone thinking of trying this place to avoid doing so, and to find a more professional, and skilled salon as they clearly could not handle a simple trim. While my money was refunded, my hair could not be, and there is no amount of money that will get that back. *pictures included*

Had my first haircut here today and couldn't be happier. I called earlier in the day to ask if a later walk-in would be okay, and they said yes, but I did make an appointment anyway to be safe. The business is nice, clean, professional, and the staff is very personable. I was also greeted by a beautiful dog, which always puts me in a good mood. Coat racks and comfy seating help you settle in. I was taken right away. Wash, dry, cut, style, blow dry, and curls were a wonderful deal at under $20 for long hair. They honestly could charge more, but I definitely won't complain at saving money, haha. They also sell high-end products that I have purchased elsewhere in the past and see myself coming here from now on to restock, as well as for haircuts. Sometimes those enormous hair salons are annoying and crowded and loud. I very much enjoyed my service. Like I said, couldn't be happier.
