Lovely nails & spa in Baldwinsville, NY

Will never be going back. It was an awkward rude experience. I work really hard and going to get a manicure is a self- care treat for me. I was scolded for not having my arm relaxed. I can't help the way I fit in your chair and the fact that I'm stretching through under a partition between us to get my nails done. He cut my cuticle open and I repeatedly had to ask for a Band aid (which I never did get until my nails were finished) and become an awkward request in itself. It's hard to relax when someone is cutting away at your dry cuticles. He got up and literally left me in the chair and Jane finished my nails. Wow. I was treated like I was a bother. You wonder why your place is empty.

I'm so bummed. Multiple people recommended this spot to me, so I recently went and within 3 days both my regular pedicure and gel manicure were chipping. I had multiple nails chipping. They said to come back in, so I did but it was the most awkward interaction. Jane kept saying it must be my nails and not their fault and John asked me if I played basketball because that must be why they all chipped. Honestly it was so awkward that I won't be going back. I was all for giving it a second chance but they way they handled me coming back in was not enjoyable or even tolerable.

Rude AF! I believe his name is John. Terrible experience. Will never go here and told all my friend that are clients. I called to check availability they advised me they could take me. I said I would be right there within 15 mins. Got there within 10 mins and the women advised me to pick a color. I was then told they booked 2 people and couldn't take me. The women explained her coworker misunderstood me and thought I wasn't coming. She started to giggle and I asked for clarification and I explained I told him I would be right there. I was leaving and explained to them that I understood but definitely said I would be right there. He then motioned his hand as if was talking and told me what I say means nothing and slammed the door. I've never been treated so rudely. The salon was completely empty and it seems appropriate.

Today I had a Spa Pedicure with Jane and it was AMAZING! I expected to be there maybe 45 minutes and I was there over an hour because of the time and treatment she gave me!!! It was hands down everything I needed for myself! The smell (even through the mask) of the exfoliation was amazing, my toes look fresh and perfect, the bottom of my feet are now smooth, I just can't say enough good things. And the foot and leg massage, was everything. So glad I found this place & highly recommend!

Completely rude every time I'm there it takes about three hours to get my nails done in half the time the guy is so rude and tells me he can't do what I am requesting even though when I'm requesting is so simple and then he has an attitude about it today I went was there for over two hours I left without getting nails even painted or top coat because of his unprofessional & rude and left without getting my nails painted or any color whatsoever and they still charged me 55$ for nothing !! Only go here because it's close to my house but this is the third or fourth time I've had the same problem and I wondered why they had a zero workers working there ever and not one single customer in there all the times I have been
