Unfortunately they are not very good at honoring your appointment time. If they are even slightly busy, be prepared to wait a good 20 minutes or so past your appointment time.
One of the worst services i've had. I made an appointment and when I told them I was there for my appointment they looked at me like I was an alien/burden. there was only one other customer there so they werent even busy. Rude nail tech and he rushed the whole process. He seemed annoyed when I would ask for something and he skipped steps that are normal in an SNS process. He was rough with my skin and nails. He drilled away most of my nail bed and now my nails are even more paper thin. He cut my skin up with the drill too and then ended the experience by asking me how I would like to tip.
Love this salon! Techs make you feel welcome and the pedicure was lengthy and wonderful. Salon is always clean and smells nice. Some nail salons smell like Fritos but not this one. Been a satisfied customer for a few years now.
i really look forward to going to TQ Nail & Spa. They do a fabulous job with manicures. I am very particular with both. I usually go for the Gel. I have been very happy each time I go. I absolutely recommend that you give them a try. I am sure you will love them also. I even tried Gel for my pedicure. I love it. it has been 3 weeks, and they still look as good as they did the day I had them done.
I've been back maybe three times since my review. Each time I'm hoping it'll be like that first time. It's still ok but I found myself a lot more involved in my pedicure than I'd like to be, asking for nail shaping and cleaning, etc. they have raised their prices and I'm not sure that the quality warrants it.
