Debbie was a great stylist and makeup artist. Throughout the entirety of the appointment, she was patient and talked out ideas for how I wanted my hair and makeup to look. She was also very nice and engaged throughout but not too much, which is always welcome! Thanks for a good experience.
I've been coming to Danielle and her mom Deb for over 10 years. I initially came in with very damaged bleach blonde hair and they worked with me to now have long Auburn hair. I have extensions and would never go anywhere else. I now travel monthly to their hair salon as the value and professionalism of the salon is beyond reproach. I've been to salons in NYC Chicago and Miami yet I continue to come back. The full service salon does extensions, lashes, facials, and Micro-blading. The value for the services are excellent. I highly recommend the salon.
I give this one star because she did try to fix her mistake but my experience was awful! The owner seems way behind on the times. Her daughter does know what she is doing and I wish I would have went to her. She had to help her mom multiple times. I asked for blonde ombré (I have naturally medium blonde hair) and ended up with lightened color two inches from my roots so it looked like I bleached my hair with box color and then left it go for two months. The technique she used was so sloppy and it felt like she didn't care about what she was doing. She also kicked me out of the chair to take out another clients hair extensions and made me wait for over 45 minutes with color on my hair. She stopped to wash out the color and then made me wait longer to finish taking out the extensions. One piece of hair she left falling on my face so many times it bleached my eye brow and got color on my eye lashes even. And to top it all off I about jumped in her pool because I was sweating so bad in the hot salon. She could tell I wasn't happy with my color the first time but she NEVER actually apologized for doing it wrong and when I asked if she was going to charge for the correction she had to think before she said no. I even had to TELL her to put the correction on more than just the top layer of hair so that when I pull it into a pony tail I don't have that awful color line. I truly wish I could say something else positive but I just can't. I was there for a little over FOUR hours. Never going back again.
