My friend and I called before hand to make an appointment and nobody answered the phone. We are college students and walked here but when we did it wasn't open and nobody was inside. The hours are wrong and whenever we tried calling, it just sent us to voicemail. We were very excited to get both our pedicures and nails done but very much disappointed. Not worth our 30 minute walk.
I have gone in there 4 times now and the 2nd time around I was told to sit in the furthest seat and was told Chris will be right with me. I sat down and Chris walked up to the opposite side of me and I looked at the girl and said.." I'm not use to a guy doing my nails" she said, oh he is dood though! Well, Chris is great and very meticulous about his work. He takes his time and makes certain the nails are smooth (I get acrylics) and not too thick. Now he is the one I ask for when I go in to get my nails filled in. Prices are average and the staff is pleasant! And there is always chocolates in the waiting area..
Just finished getting my nails done along with my sister and neice. I highly recommend this place. All of our nails came out beautiful. We did 2 gel manicures and a set of tips with gel. The location was clean, people were nice and the cost was great. $30 for gel manicure. If I lived closer I would definitely come here!
I have been there three times to have my nails done. Both the guy and the girl were very nice. Both did a fantastic job. They took their time and were perfectionists. The third time I was there the girl even brought me a bottle of water which I didn't even ask for. I sure was wowed over that gesture! There are a few things that I felt they could improve on. First I would like them to introduce themselves. I have had the same girl twice and still don't know her name. None of them talk at all while they are doing your nails. Second while they do a wonderful job it takes them almost an hour just to fill my acrylic nails and put on gel polish. I am the type of person who likes to get in and get out. I had been going to the same place in town for about 12 years and while they were closed for a month for vacation I tried C&T. I think I will be staying with them for awhile. Such a clean place. I saw that they use sterile instruments to do your pedicure. Most places you go to well they just "clean" them in between people.
