I got the spray tan for the first time here, and it was super quick! Also, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The girlies at the desk were so sweet... they walked me through everything, and answered all of my questions with such a nice smile. Aside from that, i did the instant dark spray tan, and my tan came out AMAZING! I was a little skeptical at first because it wasn't as dark as I anticipated, but it later processed even more and I'm in love! I highly recommended this totally tan, because of their amazing customer service and speedy results :)

Always a great experience at this location. Super friendly staff, always clean, and never have to wait too long to spray tan. The staff is very knowledgeable about product but never pushy. By far my favorite of all locations!

I don't know if they changed ownership or what. But i just bought the highest level membership. The next day when i went to tan- the girl says i need to present my ID every time i come in. And, also after always providing eye googles- now they don't. But they don't tell you that when you sign up. So then she says i can't go in the tanning bed without the googles. "it's a law". GREAT- but maybe tell your customers that upon them inquiring about tanning packages. Maybe you should get some software on your computers that enables a photo to pop up when i sign in. If i would have known their new rules, i would have gone somewhere else. At least some transparency when you dish out all that money to join.

The girls working here are so friendly and helpful! Although, my time here was all from a Groupon deal, I still enjoyed this place. I was always greeted with a smile and I really like how they keep track of all your previous sessions. When you go in for another session, they look it up and they will suggest different beds and times according to your history. In a way, it makes you feel like they know you or make you feel like a regular. I will be coming back to buy more packages!
