So happy to have found Jenniffer she is a delight to work with. Finally I have someone that understands how I like wear my hair.

I don't know what's worse, the treatment that I was getting when she was cutting my hair or the fact that she chased after me for a tip outside of the salon. I walked in for a simple haircut that I bought from Groupon and she told me to have a seat. The whole time she was rude and aggressive and insulted my haircut and asked who did my haircut before hand. Then she proceeds to cut and style my hair aggressively taking the comb and slamming it into my scalp as if she's angry with me or someone and taking it out on my head. she kept pulling and hitting my scalp hitting my fresh piercing that I had in my ear the whole time. Then she finishes and proceeds to say something in Korean to the cleaning lady and the cleaning lady looks up at me and smiles. She obviously was talking about me in her language and she knew I couldn't understand therefore she continue to talk about me. then I show her my Groupon and she's upset that I bought it from Groupon and not directly from the salon. Then I go to leave the salon without tipping her because obviously the treatment did not deserve a tip and the job was really bad on top of everything else then she proceeds to chase me out of the salon and tells me that she wasn't saying anything about me. I told her I wasn't tipping her because she was aggressive and she said something in her language that obviously was directed towards me. I will never be coming to the salon again needless to say. I didn't catch the ladies hair but she had curly short hair with purple tips.

This haircut was different from other haircuts I've gotten in the past. Instead of washing my hair, Mimi sprayed it lightly with water. I was very skeptical at first, but the results were well worth it! Mimi was so precise with navigating the haircut. Very blunt in her mannerisms, but work incredible. This is probably one of my best haircuts yet and I didn't have to explain the layers look. I've received so many compliments and my hair looks so voluminous!

Everyone is really good and attentive to their work. I highly recommend them especially Mimi.

I got eyelash extensions here and I told the lady it was my first time getting them so I wasn't very familiar about the whole thing. Bad mistake. I gave her an inspiration photo and it was a natural looking photo but you can tell there that she had extensions on. It was a painful experience for me since she kept poking my eye and once it was done I barley saw anything on my lashes. It seemed very lazy and barley matched the reference photo. She barley put on lashes and i had somewhere to be so I wasn't able to complain. She texted me later and I asked her if she was able to put on my more lashes but she completely ghosted me lol. So if u want to get eye lash extensions here... don't. I felt scammed out of $70 and I gave her a tip too.... and she didn't even have the decency to respond.
