When entering the salon, the windows and door were so dirty, you couldn't see through them. Place over all is cluttered. I wonder if the entry is dirty and unkept, how are the tools they use?Service tech did an ok job. The owner seems a lot more knowledgeable. The biggest thing for me was that there were a lot of people sitting around when they could be cleaning up the place.
This place is awesome really recommend this place everyday if I could I got the best nails I could ever get the nails I got were beautiful love this place definitely worth siting there for a while!!!!!!!
I thought this nail shop would be a pleasant place to get a manicure and pedicure, but the service I received on 7/7/2022 was highly disappointing. The staff was very rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional.

The technician who served me on this day was very rude and did not even greet me as a customer. She even seemed annoyed by my presence as if I was inconveniencing her, so I asked her if she was even willing to provide the services today. She said she was, but I was prepared to leave. The service provided was rushed, lacked even an attempt to be professional or compassionate.
This nail business failed to meet my expectations in terms of service quality, response time, or overall customer experience. This lack of understanding the customer needs and being able to build meaningful relationships with clients and the community should be addressed.
