I'm a travel nurse. This place is very racist. Several times I came to this location for service and everytime I'd go they would always say they are booked for the day could I come back....... UPDATE..... So, after I was turned away again!! I asked when could I come back. The guy that was there working started talking to someone ( I didn't understand what they were saying). So then he says the manger is coming to talk to to you. While waiting for her I left the review. She made the appointment and I left. After she seen my review she screenshot my review and text it to me and canceled my appointment and then blocked my phone number.
Salon is very clean and spacious. Excellent customer service. I had a manicure and pedicure and accidentally damaged the color on one of my toes when I left the salon. I called and they told me to come back and they would fix it ASAP. I will definitely be a loyal customer.
I just got my nails done and I had a great experience. Did I have to wait .. yes ... but did I have an appointment... no... so of course I knew I would have to wait a little bit. And I had my nails done by Kayla. ( not sure if I spelled her name right) And she made sure I was pleased with the length , and style. I will go there again for a fill. I got a full set with gel polish.
The lady doing my nails called someone well doing my nails. Was very rude. There were fuzzies in my nails. I asked for ombré and she ignored me. She gave me square instead of coffin. She made the one nail much larger then the rest. I will never go there again.
I wanted to leave a google review and the salon is not even there! I wonder why?! One star is for the nice interior, the service doesn't deserve that star. I did my nails there 3 years ago and it was awful, but I decided to give it another try. 3 years later and it's just as bad! I paid over $20 just to take off my gel with no manicure or color. I honestly wouldn't care if they would take it off nicely... they literally just filed it off with half of my nail!!! my nails are paper thin when I have super thick nails. Cuticles were not done and the nail was not smoothed out. I honestly never had such a bad service in my life. Such a nice area and place... too bad the service is not improving.
