The owner is Disrespectful and racist! They will speak to you very rudely in an undermining tone and treat you like they don't want you to be there! They are very unwelcoming and you will not receive good service! If you are a BLACK WOMAN - DO NOT GO HERE AND SPEND YOUR HARD EARNER MONEY! if will be money wasted! They will mistreated you and over charge you just because your black and they can! Save the trip and head ache and take my advice!

Very disrespectful . I told the lady I didn't like my nails because they looked like 2 year old did them and so I told the lady and she you can pay and get out like what I didn't get everything done I'm not paying for shit

This place was recommended by someone who said they were the best but a guy did my fill and my nails look like it was his first time. I have thick and thin both on the same nail, some of the nails are an odd shape, all the cuticles rough and raised, one thumb has rough enamel. So, nope, won't be back nor recommend them to anybody.

I came in for a gel pedicure last Friday, I had my existing gels removed, any decent place will do this with remover or a little Dremel tool. Instead they took cuticle trimmer's and Peeled the polish off taking the top layer of my nails with it. When the tech finished painting my nails the clear polish topcoat was pooled up in my cuticles and all over the tops of my toes. I asked her to clean them up she did a little bit, because they were painted so poorly they began lifting and chipping within a day or two, I went back in a few days later to have them repaired, they said they were too busy to help me. Today I came back again, I had to argue with the guy working there and explain what happened finally he agreed to redo them for $15. Instead of fixing the nails that were not right, he said he would completely redo it, no soaking or anything, without using any polish remover or anything he began peeling the gels off like the lady had done the previous week, he was rushed and not careful and ripped off a chunk of my nail which was painful and left my nail looking mangled and weird and now my toe hurts. This time he did a good job with the painting, but my toe hurts and my nail was ripped off on my big toe in one section. He still charged me the $15. I will never go there again. Save yourself the hassle, go somewhere with decent ratings, there is a reason this place has 2 1/2 stars. I hate to leave negative reviews but my toe hurts and I am worried I will get an infection and would like to prevent somebody else from having the same issue! I went to get just a color change on my toes and fill. Normally I pay else where $35 at the most. They charged me $45 and I was the only one in the shop till the end but was there for 2 1/2 hrs. I will never return.
