Nasty owner. Nasty experience. Go elsewhere. Getting your haircut is should be a pleasant experience.

I went to Tommy's yesterday for a cut & blue highlights. I took in a picture of what I wanted. When I arrived for my appt, they told me that the person who made the appt had me down for a cut only. They agreed to do my hair. The end result was too much color, which I can live with, but the cut was nothing like what I wanted. The only thing right were my bangs. This is not the first time this has happened. I guess I have been to Tommy's for the last time. I was so embarrassed, I couldn't finish my other stops I had planned on making. I would post the pictures, but am too ashamed for people to see them. I know it's not my hair because they had a stylist named Julie whom I went to for years and she had no trouble giving me what I asked for.

This salon has changed for the worse since the new owner took over! I brought my daughter here to have a perm done but they missed a lot of her hair. The perm started about 3 inches down from the root, they also missed all around her face and a few streaks in the back. So I called and spoke to the owner Julie Ann and she kept telling me that I am not using the right products and I said I just want you to see her hair. Finally she said I could bring her in but they would wet all of her hair (AS IF I WAS LYING). I was able to go in five days later, all they did was try to crunch it up and tell me it was fine and I didn't know how to apply the product even though her employee Tonya told me we would have to wait a month and then redo the full perm. I asked for partial credit considering they ruined her hair and I would have pay for another full perm but got nothing. I will be uploading pictures.

I had gone to get my hair done at Tommy's Hairstylists before and didn't get the hair I wanted but they called me and told me that they would be willing to fix the situation for no additional cost. They were very professional, polite, and friendly about the whole thing. I definitely have a new respect for this business.

I went to get a haircut at Tommy's. I showed the lady that cut my hair a picture of what I wanted. While she was cutting I had to point out a few hairs that needed to be cut. When she finished cutting my hair it did NOT look anything like the picture. I told her about this and she blamed it on my hair saying that it was so damaged that it just wont look like that. I walked out telling myself that I will never go there again.
