It takes me ALOT to give a bad review.....having said that I have been going to this Nail Salon for over 2 years and it has gotten progressively worse. They only speak to each other in their language which I think is incredibly rude to do consistently on top of being rough and unfriendly. I get that you speak it once in awhile ok but not the WHOLE time and ignore you and when you try to make small talk they don't respond kindly. I do not feel welcomed at all and they are rude and borderline mean. The quality has gone down the drain as well, my Nails chip and crumble easily. I have never had a hand massage or any lotion even after I asked about it! Would it kill them to greet me when I come in? Hey a smile goes a long way!! After all I am PAYING you and TIPPING you ALOT for this treatment. Maybe they have enough clients now and do not need anyones business? well it was slow today and many times in there. The other women were looking at each other like WTF is going on. I do not recommend this place. Maybe if we start being vocal and it hits their bank account in a negative way it will get their attention!!!
Wow! That's all that I can say. Many people highly recommend Queen, I was excited to go but wow very disappointed. First $45 for a dip manicure that doesn't include cleaning up your cuticles?? Well okay I guess but I have to ask to clean my fingers really, the topper was her spitting in the garbage can!! Wow just wow! No I will not be back.

Really disappointed, I did dip nails and a pedicure and it did not last even 2 days. For paying over $80 I thought they'd take their time and properly do my nails and toes. It was rushed and very unfair. My honeymoon was ruined and it's very upsetting. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else and they can fix this issue.
A sweet gem of a shop that has many stations and nice people taking care of you. Very happy with the overall cleanliness and attention to detail. No chip manicure looks great. Did I already mention that this is a CLEAN SALON? Sad to say but they are hard to find. Will definitely be back!
