Worst place I've ever been. They totally ruined my nails. I had my nails done in Canada and wanted a refill. I wanted them clear. I ended up with clear in some spots, but a white powder buildup in other spots and bumps all over the place and she didn't fill in to the cuticle. When I showed the girl how bumpy they were and rough, she said she could take them off. Well, I just paid to have them put on nine days before. However, my husband even commented on how bad they looked so I went back the next day. She (Coco) was mad that I was back and didn't bother to soak off the nails but tried to grind them off. In the end she said that it was way past her leaving time and she couldn't do anymore. So I now have nails that have some acrylic on and some off. My nails are now totally wrecked, look bumpy with ridges, and have they been breaking all over the place. I just booked an appointment with the number one rated salon in the area and hopefully they can take off the remaining acrylic and fix them. I would definitely not recommend them nor would I ever go back.
Nail salon is short handed with people. I came there for eyebrow waxing and they said come back later or tomorrow. Very inconvenient that I have to come back again and they can't accommodate me when I arrive. This happened to be twice when I wanted my eyebrows waxed.

I had a pedicure and manicure. Nothing was done to my heels to get rid of the dry dead skin and my nails weren't shaped during the manicure. Very disappointed. Won't go back.
My friend and I went for mani/pedi's on Friday. On Sunday morning my gel mani was falling apart. So I called and made an appt on Monday. I was pleasantly surprised by how kind Maggie was. She re did my gel nails and changed my toe polish. When I went to pay, She smiled and said no charge. Wow! And she was so sweet! So I'll go back here and have my mani/pedi's. It's not the great work that sets them apart but how they handle a situation like mine. They get an A- (The only reason I did 4 stars is because I had to go back a few days later)
