I took my girlfriend here, and she absolutely loved the experience that Lynn provided. Lynn was very gentle and took her time for the manicure. I would definitely take her back here again.

BEST PEDICURE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! hot stones, a massage that was long, and I absolutely enjoyed the no talking loudly on the phone policy. This was the most relaxing and pleasant experience! The only sad part is I live 275 miles away! I guess I will have to take a trip soon to come see you guys again. I will absolutely be sending my husband here before we leave. Thank you all so much for allowing me to relax and feel comfortable.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at T&L. After being a loyal customer for the past couple of years, I have decided that I will not be returning to this establishment and I cannot recommend it to others. Let me explain why. During my visit today, I entered the shop alone and, as usual, the male owner reminded me to refrain from using my phone and talking on my cell. While I understand the importance of maintaining a peaceful environment in public places, I found it unnecessary for him to repeatedly remind me, especially considering the signage at the entrance. However, what truly irked me was when he proceeded to lecture me about a previous visit with my friend, claiming that we were talking too much. It was a polite conversation between friends, and we were not even using our phones. I was unaware that speaking was prohibited in his shop. This strict policy is absurd and, in my opinion, reflects a terrible business plan. I enjoy getting my toes done with my friends, daughter, and niece, as it provides us with an opportunity to chat and catch up. Unfortunately, it seems that T&L does not value such interactions. Their approach seems to be centered around choosing a color, sitting down, remaining silent, not complaining, paying, tipping, and leaving promptly. This rigid atmosphere is far from pleasant. After being lectured, I decided to leave immediately. Upon reading numerous negative reviews about T&L, I am confident that I made the right choice. I strongly advise against choosing this salon and suggest exploring the many other options available in town where you will receive better treatment and be allowed to converse freely.

Nice and quiet spot. I'm a ding ding and forgot cash - don't be like me . They prefer payment in cash and definitely tip in cash.
