They were super quick and my nails looked good for about two days. After the first two days they started lifting and by the end of the week, I had more then one that needed a fill in and two had already popped off. Will not be returning.
They took there time and made sure everything was right with my spa pedicure, I will most definitely be coming back
There are some places a person should NOT go to in Franklin, and this just happens to be one of those places! The owner of the Nail Salon is kind of a mixture of Dictator slash Nail Nazi with his very unfriendly and unprofessional statements like, "Whose next?!" In a voice that was both frightening and uninviting. I honestly was so incredibly scared I would somehow end up with him being the staff member to provide pedicure serves for me, but luckily I ended up with someone a bit less rough around the edges. The other staff members seem to feel the same way that I did, because they all avoided him like the plague and seemed to be fearful of him and were very quiet when he was around. He seems to half some sort of short man complex, and wonder how in the world people still come to this place when there is another option across the street in the Walmart Shopping complex. I know I won't be returning. I would have left right off the bat had I been able to, but due to this being a birthday present from someone I came with, I just had to roll with it. I really did not want to offend her in any way, so I fell in line under his brutish treatment as best I could. But as for me and my poor feet...they will not be setting foot in this Nail Salon again.
Worst service I have ever had. They damaged my nails and did an awful job on a simple manicure. The customer service was just as bad. They made me pay full price for something my ten year old could have done. Will not be going back here again.
