If your looking to get your nails done professionally; this is NOT the place to do it. I usually have a set of acrylic nails on, unless I travel. If I'm traveling, I like taking the acrylic off and going natural with a gel polish; it's easier. I'm leaving on flight tomorrow, so I needed my nails done fast and this was the closest place at the time. They did NOT take my acrylic nails off correctly. The older man working there ripped them off. After telling him that this was painful...he continued. When it came time to get the rest of the acrylic on my nails...they filed over my nails with an electric filter...you DONT do that...it's HORRIBLE for your nails. They didn't clean my nail beds...I still have gross cuticles, and some remains of my previous dark polish under my new lighter one. My nails are crooked and unclean!!! This is NOT professional and in NO WAY worthy of the $30 it cost me!!! I'm very disappointed with their service, and I would seriously recommend that you look elsewhere to get your nails done. JUST TERRIBLE.
If I could give this place ZERO stars that would be amazing. I went in this morning to get my nails taken off. As I was getting them taken off I noticed that I had a slight nail fungus on one of my nails. I brought it to the nail techs attention and all she said was "do you want to get a new set and/or just get polish." How can you ask someone that when you can clearly see a fungus on my nail. Second, she said that she was finished getting the acrylic off, I told her there was still some left and her response was "you can sit longer if you want to." They have definitely lost a customer
