I am very disappointed in the quality of my manicure and subsequently the professionalism of the manager when faced with this issue. The nails are all uneven. I mean rocky top and catching on everything. Some are rounded and some are square. They said they couldn't file them any more. There is glue from acrylic removal all under my nails. And the polish looks like a 2year old did it. Another customer had rounded nails when she came in. She asked for a manicure with color change and same rounded style. When she was finished she had coffin shaped. We didn't let them complete our services and refused to pay full price. Won't be back here again - ever.

Terrible!! My nails were uneven, lumpy, and not fully covered. I told the person doing my nails that they were lumpy. Her response was no it's OK wait for clear coat. She ignored the fact that I was dissatisfied. Once the clear coat was applied, she thought that fixed the problems. I had to come home to try to reshape the nails. I will not ever spend money here again.

The flat faced gray head lady didn't even speak then the man says we are closed already and it's 3:46. The sign says they close at 6.

I have attached pictures so anyone can see how poor of quality the gel manicure is. I had my nails done Tuesday and today is Thursday. Bumps, uneven coverage, incomplete strokes, and painting over skin make for a messy look. The entire experience was underwhelming for a 3-person gel mani and pedi, with "deluxe" being packets of scents poured into the cool-temp water. We were rushed and none of us know anyone's names despite having made an appointment and it being a slow day (one other couple receiving pedicure and one other customer getting manicure). I was told by the manager, John, that their policy is not to provide a refund for services given. I understand that may be the policy but if someone who is bringing you business and is willing to purchase your premium products, comes to you with an issue and you are not willing to remedy it in a way that works for the customer, then you are providing poor customer service and you are not professional. He offered to redo the top coat--as that was what he claimed was the problem of why the bumps had rubbed off to expose a matte black underneath the shiny layer. First, it should not come off. It is gel and should last for weeks. Second, no I do not want to spend any more of my time on you fixing your mistake. I'd like to take my money elsewhere and get a professional nail service and I'd like it to be somewhere that will help to resolve any issue that arises.

It has been by far one of the worst experiences ever with my eyebrows! I was referred to this location for eyebrow tinting upon moving to FL. My past visits have been great with no issues or complaints. I went in thi past Saturday and Mt eyebrows were completed by someone who had never done my eyebrows but I trusted her because I had always had great service prior. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed!!! Literally she did my eyebrows and then proceeded to tell me I can fill them in with an eyebrow pencil and draw them to my liking. Excuse me??? So after expressing my dissatisfaction I spoke with someone higher up and showed her photos of my eyebrows from prior visits compared to now. She wasn't interested in the photos, my dissatisfaction of my eyebrows, and although she agreed they were not of quality work she explained that she could not fix them or take of the portion fo the tinting. She could careless about correcting the issue and simply wanted to get paid...that's all she cared about. I would never ever visit this location for any services and not because the work was terrible but because they refuse to fix it! The lack if customer service unfortunately spoke for the whole business alone. Needless to say in order to not end up in any legal issues I made payment and simply contacted my credit card company and submitted a photo of the butchered eyebrows and placed a claim for the disgusting utterly ridiculous eyebrows. If you can't provide the service than don't offer it! Giving a 1 star eas because I had to in order to post. I wish I could give 0 stars because that's what it was worth.
