I am so disgusted and so disappointed I went to go get my toes and my nails done prior to my trip. A couple of days later The unthinkable happened my feet started to peel and my nails look lumpy and basically shitty this place gets an overall I will never be back again
Since I just moved to the McDonough area, I was looking for a new nail salon. So of course I googled nail salons near me. Lots of them came up, but one stood out which was T's Nail Salon mainly because I seen that it had four stars. I read reviews before I patronize any buisiness. And this business is only five minutes from my house which is a big plus. Upon entering I was greeted by Lina who also is a nail tech. She was very friendly, courteous and took her time doing my nails. Most nail salons I've patronized before I felt like they did a rush job because they would be so packed. Even the one where I was a customer for over five years and was known by my name. Any who I like T's nail and I'm definitely going back. Lina is my new tech. A1 customer service is always the success to any business and they definitely give you that. Oh and they weren't super packed which is always a plus for me to.
I was a regular for about 3-4 years. I loved it at first but the regular people that i loved left, Molly and diamond. After they left, it seems like they've gotten very cheap product and the new people have bad attitudes. I got my sisters nails done for her birthday and my nails and toes done. The total came out to about $130 and my sisters gel polish was peeling the very next day. The time after this i got my nails and toes done before going out of town and my gel polish started peeling that same day. I came back to get it redone and they acted like they didn't want to do a full polish change and only fixed the few nails that were messed up after I told her if it was bad polish it would peel again. I also saw one of the girls that had to fix my toes roll her eyes when she was told what happened. Low and behold, 2 days later it was peeling again and now I just refuse to go back. They raised their prices but use way cheaper products. I pay extra for gel so i don't have to worry about chipping and peeling!
The lady, or should I say manager was super rude! She tried to scam me by over charging me, 60$ for a gel fill in? She tried to say I needed a new set when I got a full set 3 weeks ago. You get a new set every 2/3 months and I felt like she tried to scam me and over charge me because of the way I was dressed. So she was literally ripping the acrylic off my nails and she was hurting me so bad and when I told her she got upset and said " it's suppose to hurt" I get my nails done all the time and I've never felt that much pain in getting a full in. So she said she refused to do my nails and I asked her if anyone else can help me and she replied no. So she tried to charge me 5$ for screwing up my nails, and I left the store with my nails hurting and looking terrible and ended up going to rubi nails. I'm NEVER going back to that place again and I don't recommend this place.
