Great people who work there, you can tell they really appreciate their customers. I have always been happy with my nails!

I have been here a couple of times to get my nails done. I always got a full set but it was always with the same person and they came ended up falling off later that same week. One of my coworkers told me to get an appointment with Pam so I did and not even a week later they fell off. I will not be going back to that salon.

Have had trouble with a couple of other places in Wichita, my first time here and I am very happy! They look so good!

I came here to get a fill, but realized it would cost over $35 to do so. I waited over 20 minutes to be called to a booth and get started. This place seemed chaotic, if you were a regular then you already had a person you use and knew the procedures of the shop. If not they tell you to pick a color or look in a book, forget about you for 15 plus minutes then see what you needed. Not that welcoming to be honest. There is no prices on the walls for reference. While waiting to be seem, I could hear people paying $140 or $115 for a set and pedicure and since I didn't see prices anywhere, was about to leave, because those prices are bananas. It was time for me to get my nails done and I let him know I am growing my nails out. They didn't do the bowl to soak off the nails he used plier cutters to cut it off, it was painful at times. This also caused him to cut my actual nails as well. After putting a new set on he filled down the Acrylic or not overlay which caused him to cut down my nails even more. Exactly what I didn't want. They look nice at the end, but now the growth that I had is no longer there. It's quite a while to get my nails done the entire process, I'd say 2 hours I didn't have to sit around a nail salon. I didn't even want to get a pedicure after a while, because I had been in the shop for so long I had an event that I needed to go to so decided to get a basic pedicure. I usually get a design but found out after I was getting my nails painted that the person doing my nails couldn't do any designs (what for these prices) and was scared to do one as well. I told him he should just try to get practice, but he did not want to. When it was time to ring me up, I asked her they have a military discount they said no. The cost without a tip over $75 for a basic pedicure with no design with my own polish and a removal of acrylic with a overlay. This is the most I have ever paid for my nails to get done and the longest time which I don't do regularly as far as acrylic, since I work with my hands alot. So for what you get, how long it takes to get started and do it, the customer service that is given or lack there of. Is why I am giving it the rating I am. The guy who did my nails and very quiet which is what I like. At the end he talked to little bit by the middle of our service and seem very friendly. I have no problem with him as a person. This place expensive, not very relaxing or attentive, and seems to get you in and out with no finesse.

The experience wasn't what I expected. I wish their customer service was better. It feels like you're just number.
