Cannot complain about the thread I had from Tina. She did an excellent job removing my middle eyebrow hair and shaping it just right. The inside was quiet and warm, since AC was off during the cold day. I had no problem with no AC, as I am used to going to many threading services back in California with same practice of conserving energy. I look forward to my next threading service!
Poor customer service at best. Employee seemed rushed and uninterested. Her work was half done at best. Skip!
Loved how my brows looked! My sister and I went to get them done here, super fast efficient and looks great. The place is very clean too. Definitely would recommend
I should have read the reviews and paid attention. TERRIBLE job--my eyebrows look butchered... she spent less than 5 minutes on my brows, she knew I was not happy with her work (no tip) in addition to performing a poor job, she is expensive ($12, for an eyebrow thread, only -- no lip). Needless to say, I will not return. I am not upset, I bought this entire lesson. I am writing this review to save others from the aggravation of a poor experience.
There are two things you need to know. 1-they have ALWAYS lacked in customer service and don't really talk to you or make conversation. They can be aggressive too. 2-They have two technicians. One lady (the older one) can do brows so good! I never have to tell her She just does it. The other girl on the other hand. CAN NOT SHAPE. she can thread, but leaves stray hairs everywhere, she forgets to trim, and don't get me started on the middle I have to tell her multiple times and she still can't get it right. The only reason I ever went back is because the other lady. She does an amazing job. But recently she hasn't been there! Every time I'd call and ask for her or go in to check she hasn't been there. So I had to settle with the other lady because my brows NEEDED attention. And needless to say I fully regret it. Waste of money because now I have to go get them done somewhere else and pray they can fix them . I wont ever go again. Not even for the other lady . picture added. This was her THIRD ATTEMPT. And it looks HORRIBLE. They don't match at ALL. I'm aware they can't make them identical but there's no excuse for this.
